Thanks for visiting my blog. I discovered running a few years ago now as I wanted to lose weight. Not only did it work, but I also found I really enjoyed it. Having hated all sport at school this was a major revelation!

Now I want everyone to know how great running is, how it can really help manage your weight, and how it improves your life by making you both happier AND healthier.
